Jones, request that the Orange County Comprehensive Plan update <br />include specific plans and recommendations for solutions to the issues raised by the <br />Rogers-Eubanks Neighborhood Association (RENA) and the Coalition to End <br />Environmental Racism (CEER). <br />These issues include 1) ending the 35-year burden of hosting solid waste facilities <br />by the Rogers-Eubanks Roads neighborhoods; 2) and providing funding for <br />infrastructure and basic municipal services including, but not limited to <br />a) public regulated drinking water to all households <br />b) sewer service <br />c) paved roads and sidewalks <br />d) street lights <br />e) fire hydrants <br />f) storm water drains <br />g) public bus service (including covered bus stops) <br />h) emergency protection services (fire, police, and rescue). <br />Sincerely, <br />Neloa B.
