In <br />reviewing the document, we have the following comment: <br />• Since the new subdivision roads will connect to state system roads; SR 1314 (School <br />House Road) and SR 1313 (Tinning Road); a driveway permit /encroachment agreement <br />authorizing construction on State right-of--way must be obtained from the Division of <br />Highways before beginning any construction.
