Approximately 42 homes will be <br />built on this property. Please be advised that Orange-Alamance Water System, Inc. has <br />approved your request to furnish water to this property. <br />We would like to advise the costs involved. An assessment fee of $500.00 per lot is <br />required to be paid upon completion of installation of the water line.
