~~ ARTICLE 5 -DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS ("Yes" indicates compliance; "No" indicates non-compliance PLANNING STAFF RECOMMENDED FINDINGS Ordinance Requirements Article 5 lists standards for minimum lot size, lot width, front, side and rear setbacks, maximum building height and lot coverage, and development intensity. EVIDENCE SUBMITTED TO SUPPORT FINDINGS There are no minimum lot sizes or setbacks in a Planned Development other than those shown on the preliminary plan. In this case the minimum lot size is 5,000 square feet and the minimum setbacks are 20- foot front, 8-foot sides and 15-foot rear. The applicant has applied for an Atlas Amendment/SUP to rezone property to PD-H-R5. The standards for the PD-H-R5 district are set forth in Article 5.1.2 and are as follows: a) Minimum lot area per dwelling unit 5,000 sq. ft.
