3~ <br />ARTICLE 8.6 AND 8.8 -APPLICATION COMPONENTS <br />1"Yes" indicates complianceā¢ "No" indicates non-compliance) <br />Ordinance Requirements <br />8.6 -The application for <br />approval of a Special Use shall <br />be submitted on forms <br />provided by the Zoning <br />Officer.
