All requirements <br />specified in Article 20, <br />Amendments, shall be met, as <br />well as the following specific <br />requirements. <br />x Yes No The proposed Planned <br />Development District is in the <br />10-year transition as <br />identified on the Land Use <br />Element of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. The <br />transition area is served by <br />public sewer and by a private <br />water provider.
