Box 8181 <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />Deaz Chair Jacobs: <br />Subject: Boazd Appointment <br />At the June 11~' meeting of the Advisory Boazd on Aging the Boazd considered all <br />applications for membership to the Advisory Board and unanimously approved <br />recommending Mr. Don Willhoit for appointment to the Position #2 At-lazge <br />representative that will become vacant on June 30, 2008. <br />Mr. Willhoit has vast experience as a volunteer. Most recently serving on the JOCCA <br />Boazd of Directors, the Master Aging Plan Steering Committee, and currently serves on <br />the IFC board. He served as a County Commissioner when the BOCC formed the Orange <br />County Advisory Boazd on Aging and the Department on Aging. <br />Mr. Willhoit is willing to serve and would be a tremendous asset as a member to the <br />Advisory Board on Aging. <br />Thank you for your consideration of his nomination. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Jack Chestnut, Chair <br />Orange County Advisory Board on Aging <br />
