Twoaty-five per cent (25%) of the proceeds of this tax shall be deposited <br />in the Welfare Accounts and seventy-five (75%) of the proceeds will be deposited in the <br />School Current Expense Fund. <br />(2) A Special School Tax of $0.35 on the $100.00 of property valuation shall be levied <br />on all property in the Chapel Hill School District. <br />(3) A Special Fire Tax of $0.10 on the $100.00 of property valuation shall be levied <br />on all property in the Greater Chapel Hill Fire District. <br />(4) A Special Fire Tax of $0.10 on the $100.00 of property valuation on-all property <br />in the South Orange Fire District. <br />(5) On each open female dog sic (6) months of-age or older the sum of $2.00, on all <br />other dogs the sum of $1.00. <br />(6) On each marriage license a tax of $4.00. <br />(7) In accordance with, Section B of the Revenue Act (Article 2, Chapter 5, of the <br />General-Statutes) and any other section of the General Statutes there is hereby <br />levied a privilege license tax in the maximum amount permitted on all businesses, <br />trades, occupations, or professions which the County is entitled to tax. <br />For purposes of financing the previously approved appropriations funds to finance <br />the following listed items will be derived from A. B. C. revenues. <br />Historic Hillsborough Commission $3,000 <br />Orange County Rescue Squad 1,000 <br />North Central Carolina Resources <br />Conservation and Development District 250 <br />Operation of the Hillsborough Trash Dump 1,800 <br />Orange Museum 4,000 <br />There being no further business to come before the Board said meeting was adjourned <br />to meet again on July 30, 1968. <br />Henry S.-Walker, Vice Chairman <br />S.
