Install 151b felt paper, white eve starter, new vent boots and. <br />new chimney flashing, Note: Remove the vld heater vent from the rear <br />section -and patch roof, Vse a hand-held grinder to cut a g1•oove for the <br />new chimney flashing. Install step and counter flashing. Install25 year <br />shingles. Ndte: White eve starter shall'be install along all eves <br />and gables... Carefully remove the satellite dish. <br />~, Install a shingle'type ridge vent. Remove a three. (3) inch. section <br />from the ridge. Ridge vent to start approximately 18" from gables.. <br />3. Remove the. aluminum fascia on both side of the unit. Install 74' <br />of new matching aluminum_coil stock on,the fascia. Replace 12ft of damaged <br />aluminum on the rear gable. Refer to Rehabilitation. Specialist for <br />location. Contractor to useproper coil: stock and aluminum nails: <br />4. Install a missing section on soffit on the front porch overhang. <br />Nate: Soffit material to match,as close as possible. <br />5~ Install seamless aluminum gaffers and downspouts on the unit` <br />Note:- Gutters to be properly installed: 'The downspouts located. <br />on fhe front: (facing W. Orange St.) shall terminate into solid drain- <br />tile. Note:'The solid drain file :shall be installed in the same ditch <br />as the foundation drain tile. <br />EXTERIOR: <br />I. Pressure-wash the exterior of the unit.. Note: The pressure washing. <br />to be done after all exterior work is complete. Contractor to use the <br />proper vinyl siding pre-treat cleaner to remove dirt :and mildew. <br />2. Fill. the cracked mdrtax joints an the right rear foundation wall, <br />Contractor may use maso~uy caulk filler. Finish to match existing <br />wall. <br />
