Facility was 45 inmates over capacity on date of inspection. <br />Facility needs to monitor the population closely and take appropriate action to reduce population such as <br />accelerated court dockets, pre -trial release programs, electronic house arrest and transferring inmates <br />that are sentenced to 30 days or more to the Department of Correction.
