A 12" water main is now in place in the Mattress Factory Road. <br />It would be necessary to tap this line and install it in S.R. 7"1301 as far as <br />it is determined desirable to do so. We recommend that, if this installation is <br />made, the line be run approximately 800 feet. ^!The sanitary sewer main would have <br />to be installed all the way from the waste lift station. S:R. =1301 has a rather <br />deep sag approximately 1,000 feet from Iiattress Factory Road and we recommend that, <br />if sanitary sewer is ever installed in this road, it be installed deep enough to go <br />through this sag and provide sewer service to the land beyond it. In order to do <br />this it becomes necessary for the sewer main to be about 21 -feet deep at the <br />IIatthess Factory Road - S.R. ;`1301 intersection. This makes the sewer main installation <br />rather costly, but still much to be preferred over the construction of a second lift <br />station. <br />The following breakdown gives a detailed cost estimate For this proposed <br />installation; <br />A.
