The Committee was requested to make a survey in <br />order to plan towards the coordinating of the existing recreational programs and to <br />generally offer assistance in the promoting of recreational acti$ity. The Beard <br />requested that the oommittee submit a report of its activities and its findings <br />early in the Spring of 1969. <br />There being no flu-ther business to come before the Beard the meeting was <br />adjourned to most again on Thursday, June 20, 1968. <br />Harvey D.
