Without resolution, the ordinance is vague and difficult to <br />enforce. Those include: <br />A. Demolition wastes: <br />It is much more difficult and therefore more costly to extract recyclable wood and metal <br />and other re lated re clable materials from demolition work than new construction. <br />The cost of deconstruction, in order to retrieve recyclable wood, metal and other <br />recoverable materials is typically greater than the cost of demolition.
