3 <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Administration recommends that the staff decision denying <br />Govinda Hills, Phase 3 minor subdivision request be upheld. The following findings of <br />fact pertain to this case: <br />1. Proposed lots must be twice the minimum lot size for the zoning district in which <br />they are located in order to justify a private road. <br />
