7 PAGE 120 <br />It was moved and adopted that this committee Should function for a one year <br />period and that Mrs. Quentin Patterson would serve as its Chairman and Glenn AuMent <br />would serve as its Vice Chairman. The Committee was requested to make a survey in <br />order to plan towards the coordinating of the existing recreational programs and to <br />generally offer assistance in the promoting of recreational aoti#ity. The Board <br />requested that the committee submit a report of its activities and its findings <br />early in the Spring of 1969. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board the meeting was <br />adjourned to meet again on Thursday, June 20, 1968. <br />Harvey D.
