Receipt of the signed Offer to <br />Purchase and Contract after October b, 2000 constitutes a counteroffer on the part of <br />Seller tv Suyer. <br />2. The underground storage. tank (U'ST) on the subject property is to be abandoned in <br />accordance with State and federal regulation. In general, the fluids remaining in the <br />UST must be pumped out and properly disposed, and the tank must be made unusable <br />by filling it with inert material such as concrete. Seller shall pmvide certification to <br />Bt~ycr, from Quantum, Buyer's environmental consultant, that the UST on the <br />PmP~Y ~ been properly abandoned. <br />
