Sinai Road <br />Dear Mr. Kirk: <br />This office has completed its review of the subject's proposed, concept plans for compliance with current <br />Department of Transportation minimum subdivision construction standards, We wish to advise that the preliminary <br />plans received az this affica could be built to NCDOT Standards provided the attached redlines are addressed before <br />final plan submittal. <br />Prior to any construction, the owner/developer will need to submit their final plans for review.
