With the widening of the road this habitat will be destroyed. <br />fn addition, I am very conccmcd about thn lraft3c this subdivision will generate and <br />ability for vehicles to safely access Nine Gates Cram 1on~-s Ferry and visa versa A Iso, <br />i am extremely concerned about the future wnstruciiun of Ninc Gates as a connector <br />road_ Tf this should occur, what is now a quiet and beautiful, pastoral gavel road wil l <br />become a major cut through Cor tralTic wishing to get to Highway S4 or the northern part <br />of the county from 15-501. It is my uaderstaadiag ttrat the Irvin property will be donated <br />to the Nature Conservancy which would not be compatible with a high traffic artery <br />cutting through it< Finally, I am concerned about my ability to access my home whip the <br />road is being constructed and emergency vehicle' ability to access ray property at any <br />time. 1 do rt~otwivotic' regular nine to Gve hours so it is important to have this road open at <br />all times to accommodate my work schedule and Cor safely. <br />Two welts ago, Y requested that the Planning staff send me the updated pertinent <br />information about this subdivision;.hawcvcr. lhave not received it.
