2 <br />5. Install a crawlspace access door of 3/a inch plywood pressure treated frame and <br />galvanized locking hasp and hinges. <br />6. Install gutter and downspouts on the right/rear section of the house. Install splash blocks <br />under each downspout. <br />7. Paint all new wood trim with two coats of exterior latex paint to match the existing <br />house. <br />8. Stain the trim top to <br />match the existing trim. <br />7. Install carpet and pad. Cost to be- a minimum of $14 /yard. <br />8. Install an attic access in the hall. <br />
