Replace approx. 200 sq.ft. of sheathing. <br />3. Remove the sheathing over the den. Install 2x6 rafters and 2x8 ceiling joists. Install ' /z" <br />plywood sheathing. <br />4. Install approx. 241.f. of fascia. <br />5. Install collar braces on the remaining 2x4 rafters. Install a knee wall midway between <br />the 2x4 rafters on each side. <br />6. Install aluminum drip edge, 151b. felt, three tab fiberglass shingles, new plumbing boots, <br />aluminum flashing and counter flashing, and a shingle type ridge vent <br />ventilation system. <br />EXTERIOR: <br />1. Install ' /z inch plywood exterior sheathing on the exposed framing. <br />2. Replace the- -n-iissing brickwork. Brick to match as closely as possible to the existing <br />brick. <br />3. Install soffitt and trim to match the existing soffitt and trim. <br />4. Remove the existing deck railing. Install 2x2 pickets and trim on the rear deck. <br />
