Install 151b. felt, aluminum drip edge, three <br />tab fiberglass shingles, new plumbing boots, new flashing and counter flashing. <br />2. Replace approx. 100 sq.ft. of sheathing. <br />3. Replace the barge rafters on the front rear. Replace the fascia on the right and left rear <br />gables. Replace the trim and soffitt on the right rear. Replace the damaged trim on the <br />right front. <br />EXTERIOR <br />1. Remove the fallen tree from the yard. <br />2. Remove the trash from the yard. <br />3. Secure the front gutter. Clean the gutters. Install vinyl leaf guards. <br />4. Replace approx. 32 sq.ft. of AC plywood in the carport. <br />5. Clean the exterior trim, paint the trim and carport ceiling with semigloss latex paint. Paint <br />to cover completely. glaze windows as necessary. Clean the windows and storm <br />windows on the outside. <br />6. Replace the broken glass in the door in the carport. <br />7. Install vinyl covered, wood storm doors with locks, pneumatic closures and vinyl <br />weatherstripping on the bottom of the doors on the front and rear entrances. <br />8. Cut all tree limbs off the house. <br />
