Bid results are attached.
Three bids were received for each unit with Diamond Builders and Triple J Construction Company
submitting the lowest responsible bid.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The HOME Investment Partnership Program provides funding for this program.
RECOMMENDATION(S):
The Manager recommends awarding the following housing rehabilitation contract:
Dwelling Unit Bid Amount Contractor
Payne — 520 Latimer St, Hillsborough $21,154 Diamond Builders, Inc.
Addison — 300 Lancaster Rd., Mebane $16,413 Triple J Construction Co.
