Design criteria <br />shall meet commercial standards. <br />i) Economic Development District standards shall be used, <br />where applicable. <br />j) Access points shall limited to two locations with a <br />maximum of 26 feet width each and a maximum 3Q-degree <br />radius. Driveway permit application shall be submitted <br />along with zoning permit request. <br />k) Freestanding monument signs shall be limited to six (6) <br />feet height and fifty (50) square feet maximum.
