This contract represents a renewal of the existing agreement to collect from <br />establishments willing to provide at least two tons of separated food waste on a monthly basis. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The cost of this contract is $60,000 annually and assumes that Brooks <br />Contracting will collect up to 750 tons of food. Any amount over that tonnage would cost an <br />additional $55 per ton.
