13 <br />CONTRIBUTIONS AGREEMENT <br />FY 2000 - 2001 <br />APPENDIX A -STATEMENT OF WORK <br />A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />1. The Recipient agrees to process those housing discrimination complaints arising within its <br />jurisdiction, except as otherwise stated in this Statement of Work. The Recipient agrees to <br />cooperate with HUD in handling of housing discrimination complaints under the Fair <br />Housing Act, and the fair housing law enforced by the Agency in accordance with the <br />Memorandum of Understanding or Interim Agreement and any amendments or revisions <br />thereto executed during the course of this Agreement by the signatories. <br />2. The Recipient agrees to implement all appropriate directives provided to it by the <br />Department. <br />3. The .Recipient aggrees to follow HUD's Technical Guidance in processing all dual-fled <br />complaints vouchered for under this Cooperative Agreement until the Department <br />rescinds the requirement in writing to the Agencies. <br />4. The Recipient agrees to furnish all staffing information, and utilize staff consistent with <br />such information as required by Anicle 1 of this Cooperative Agreement. <br />5. The Recipient may be required to participate in customer satisfaction evaluation activities <br />under this Cooperative Agreement. The Recipient agrees to furnish all information <br />collected from its customers to HUD in a form to be defined by the Department. <br />If the Recipient,has aged cases, that is cases 200 days old or mare, the Recipient is required, <br />within 90 days of the execution of this Cooperative Agreement to submit a plan to the <br />GTR/GTM for handluag its aged cases. <br />B. CONTRIBUTION <br />The Recipient agrees to process housing discrimination complaints in accordance with <br />A. above (General Requirements), and m accordance with the Criteria for Processing <br />which are incorporated herein as Attachment A to the Schedule of Articles. <br />10 <br />
