20 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br />1. the Board of County Commissioners requires a land <br />dedication (as shown in Exhibit 1) in fulfillment of Recreation/ <br />Open Space requirements pursuant to Section IV -B -7 -b of the <br />Orange County Subdivision Regulations; <br />2. Orange County reserves the right to use the dedicated <br />land for its parks and recreation purposes for the residents of <br />the Wilson Efland Subdivision and for the residents living <br />within the Community and District Park Area Boundaries within <br />which the Subdivision is located, at such time as the dedicated <br />property is connected with other,recreation /open space; <br />3. the land dedication shall be implemented by a deed <br />from the property owner to Orange County of the dedicated <br />property located in a Resource Protection Area, limiting the use <br />of the dedicated property'to wildlife corridor, open space use <br />for the residents of the Wilson Efland Subdivision and for the <br />residents living within the Community and District Park Area <br />Boundaries within which the Subdivision is located, reserving it <br />for future use as a low impact recreation use for the residents <br />of the Wilson Efland Subdivision and for the residents living <br />within the Community and District Park Area Boundaries within <br />which the Subdivision is located and reserving to the grantor a <br />2 <br />
