With the widening of the road this habitat will be destroyed. <br />fn addition, I am very concerned about the traClic this subdivision will generate and <br />ability Cor.vchicles to safely access Nine Gains Crom Jones Ferry and visa versa Also, <br />I am extremely concerned about the future ca~nstruciion oC Ninc Uatcs as a connector <br />road. if this should occur, what is now a quiet and beautiful, pastoral gravel road wit l <br />become a major cut through Cor trade wishing to get to Highway 5~4 or the northern part <br />of the county from 15-501. it is my ~mderstauding that tho !ruin property will be donated <br />to the Nature Conservancy which would not be compatible with a high traffic artery <br />cutting through it. Finally, T am concerned about my ability to access my home while the <br />road is being constructed and emergency vehiclosr ability to access my property at any <br />time. 1 do not work regular nine io five hours so it is irnportaztt to have this road open at <br />a!1 times to accommodate my work schedule and Cor safety. <br />Two weektt ago, I requested that the Planning staff send me the updated pertinent <br />infarmatian about this subdivisiom,.hawever, !have not received it.
