He said that it was a low <br />density development and the smaller lots, that still exceed the minimum requirement for the <br />zoning district, aze placed where they are because that is the flat, open part of the property that <br />had been timbered several years ago. <br />MOTION: Selkirk moved to accept the Preliminary Plan for Buckhorn Ridge <br />as recommended by the staff.
