There is really no right or wrong choice among <br />the potential alternatives for providing, funding and managing sewer service to Richmond Hills. <br />There are only choices each of which has both advantages and disadvantages. County <br />administration and staff will follow the Board's directives and develop whatever tools are <br />necessary to operationalize the required financing, operation, maintenance, management, rules <br />or regulations. Administration and staff will bring the Board's goals and strategies to fruition <br />while continuing to operate the Efland sewer system in manner that protects the environment <br />and public health. <br />If I may provide additional information or clarification on this issue, please advise. <br />
