38 <br />five feet from the edge of pavement except at roadway crossings which should cross perpendicular to <br />the pavement; c) the easements%rights-of--way be configured such that there is at least 20 feet of public <br />right-of-way/easement adjacent to the edge of roadway pavement at the shoulder containing sewer line; <br />d) the pump station and pump station access be contained in public right-of--way/easement; e) no <br />permanent sewer easement to be less than 20 feet in width; f) all public easements for the sewer line, <br />pumping station and force main be platted and filed; and g) the BOCC consider adapting a requirement <br />to create a perpetual maintenance account that will be funded by the applicant at a level that will be <br />sufficient to pay for all annual operating costs, including projected capital equipment replacement costs, <br />for the pumping station. <br />If I may provide additional input on this matter, please advise. <br />
