• Item z (Subdivision) <br />The proposed subdivision is in Cheeks Township on the east of Richmond Road approximately '% <br />mile north of U.S. 70. The flexible development subdivision design permits 14,000 squaze foot <br />minimum lot size and in this case approximately 55% in common area open space. The open <br />space is primarily along McGowan Creek (along northern boundary) and anorth-south easement <br />connector from the Efland/Cheeks Elementary School to the creek. <br />The project is proposed by Habitat for Humanity far affordable housing.
