Minimum lot size is 2.0 acres. 0% common <br />area open space provided. <br />Location <br />The property is located along the west side of Sunrise Road (SR 1732) just north of I-40 in Chapel <br />Hill Township. <br />Existin and Pro osed o ditions <br />Existing: <br />• Current zoning is Rural Buffer.
