We wish to advise that the concept <br />plans received at this office on ]une 7, 2000 could be built to NCDOT Standards provided the owner/developer <br />addresses the following problems noted in red on the submitted plans. <br />Prior to any construction, the owner/developer will need to submit their final plans for review.
