• Ttem 2 (Subdivision)
The proposed subdivision is in Cheeks Township on the east of Richmond Road approximately '/Z
mile north of U.S. 70. The flexible development subdivision design permits 14,000 square foot
minimum lot size and in this case approximately SS% in common area open space. The open
space is primarily along McGowan Creek (along northern boundary) and anorth-south easement
connector from the Efland/Cheeks Elementary School to the creek.
The project is proposed by Habitat for Humanity for affordable housing.
