Administration Resolution to <br />D. Drainage <br />1. The floodway and floodway fringe of USGA intermittent streams shall be noted <br />on the face of the Final Plat. Development restrictions within the floodplain shall <br />be specified on a document describing development restrictions and requirements <br />to be prepared by Planning Staff and recorded concurrently with the Final Plat. <br />The Homeowner's Association shall maintain the floodplain until it is conveyed <br />to the County. <br />2. Impervious surface data, as pursuant to Article 6.23.3c.1 of the Zoning Ordinance <br />shall be included in a document describing development restrictions and <br />requirements to be prepared by Planning Staff and recorded concurrently with the <br />Final Plat. The impervious surface limitations for each lot shall indicate the <br />maximum impervious surface for each lot, net of the roadway (i.e. excluding <br />roadway). <br />3. A stream buffer along McGowan Creek shall be provided in accordance with <br />Section 6.23.7 of the Zoning Ordinance. The width of the buffer shall be stated <br />on the face of plat. Development restrictions within the buffer shall be specified <br />in a document describing development restrictions and requirements to be <br />prepazed by Planning Staff and recorded concurrently with the Final Plat. <br />4. Locate drainage easements on the Final Plat as required by Erosion Control Office <br />in accordance with review and approval of the Erosion Control Plan. <br />E. Parkland <br />See F.S. <br />F. Miscellaneous <br />1. The Final Plat shall contain a title block and vicinity map in accordance with <br />Section V-D-2 and V-D-3 of the Orange County Subdivision Regulations. <br />2. The following easements shall be shown on the plat: <br />a. Drainage easements as required by D.4 above. <br />b. Sewer system easements <br />c. Water system easements <br />d. Utility easements along right-of--ways. <br />3. The minimum building setback requirements and impervious surface maximums <br />shall be stated on the Final Plat, and in a document describing development <br />restrictions and requirements to be prepared by Planning Staff and recorded <br />concurrently with the Final Plat. The impervious surface limitations for each lot <br />shall indicate the maximum impervious surface for each lot, net of the. roadway <br />(i.e. excluding roadway). <br />4. Phasing of the project shall occur only in accordance with the Preliminary Plan. <br />
