This is the first major <br />subdivision to request connection to the Efland system. The design of the system and connection <br />may set a precedence and informal policy on inevitable other projects and sewer connections in the <br />area. <br />1. Consideration of Richmond Hills sewer system design (See Matrix of Sewer System Types) <br />a. `STEP' System -Administration recommendation <br />(individual on-site double septic tanks with effluent pump to force main <br />network to existing gravity) <br />b. `Gravity/sewage pump station' -Applicant request <br />(gravity sewer main. network to large scale sewage Iift station) <br />
