Hillsboroygh Area EDD Moratorium <br />~5 <br />MOTION: McAdams moved to accept the Planning staff s recommendation to <br />approve the moratorium of development applications near the <br />intersection of I-85/NC 86 and I-40/Old NC 86. Planning Calendar <br />c. Next Planning Board Meeting -July 12, 2000 <br />Typically there are two meetings in July. The staff is <br />suggesting that there be just one meeting in July. This will be a <br />long-range planning meeting in addition to the regular agenda <br />items. There will be a lot of items concerning the <br />comprehensive plan process and the discussion of some of the <br />items for the August 28, 2000 public hearing.
