We see the need for a secondary means of ingress/egress into the subdivision. During
times of emergencies and disasters, adequate means of ingress is vital for public safety
response. A large fire at the entrance could result in a blockage of the road to the southern
areas of the subdivision, resulting in no means of access to other areas of the subdivision.
If some secondary means of access could be provided, response capabilities would be
enhanced.
Please contact us if you need additional information. Thank you for your time and
consideration with this matter.
