OF TRAiKSPORTA <br />DIVISIOiy OF HIGHYVAYS <br />DISTRICT 1-GRAHAM, <br />Location: The site is located along the southern most portion of Orange County in close <br />proxinnity the boundary, line between Chapel Hill and Bingham townships. Access will extend <br />from Nine Gates Road, a,60 -foot public right of way and branch off into two smaller public roads <br />terminating with cul -de -sacs. All roads will be built to NCDOT standards. <br />Project, Summary: This application is scheduled for the May 4, 2000 Planning Board meeting. <br />Planning Department Comments: This is a 40.34 -acre tract. Lot size varies from one acre to <br />Lust under three- and -a -half acres. This ro'ect is not on the Cou= sewer gystem.
