Chair Allison agrees that <br />the setbacks should not be increased. <br />Barrows said that she hopes these proposed amendments make things clearer in regards to <br />private roads. <br />MOTION: Gooding-Ray to accept the proposed amendments with the change <br />to the private road justification, and to add the language about <br />allowing the private access easement to access the adjacent lat. <br />Seconded by Selkirk. <br />The setback is still as recommended by the staff. <br />VOTE: Ayes, 5; Noes, 3 (McAdams, Selkirk, and Strayhorn -disagree <br />with setback increase) <br />Adjournment time being reached, the Chair asked for a motion to <br />extend the meeting to complete the agenda. <br />MOTION: Barrows moved to extend the meeting. Seconded by Gooding- <br />Ray. <br />VOTE: Unanimous <br />Preston left at this point. It was 10:25 p.m. <br />
