Seconded by Katz. <br />VOTE: <br />Unanimous. <br />The Board agreed to leave the class B private roads at 12 feet. <br />Gooding-Ray clarified that the right-of--way of the class B private roads would remain the same. <br />Barrows noted that the document had "significantly greater", and suggested that the document list <br />amounts. Benedict suggested having a sliding scale for these amounts. <br />Gooding-Ray suggested asking the Planning staff to come back with all of the changes for the next <br />meeting. <br />The Board agreed to receive the changes from the Planning staff at the next meeting. <br />
