Fox <br />• Subdivision follows the conventional plan. <br />• Forty seven (47) residential lots proposed on a 139.10 acre tract. The average lot size is <br />2.45 acres outside the common area open space. The minimum lot size is 40,000 sq. ft. <br />Location <br />North of Saint Mary's Road on the east side of New Sharon Church Road in Eno Township. <br />Existin and Pro osed Conditions <br />Existing: <br />• Zoned Agricultural Residential (AR). <br />• Lower Eno Protected Watershed. <br />Physical Features: <br />• No designated streams running through the property. <br />• Entirely wooded with mixed hardwoods and pines. <br />Adjacent Land Use: <br />• Properties to the north, south and east are medium to large acreage single family residential <br />lots. <br />• Property to the west is the remainder of Fox Hill Farm. <br />
