In 1996, over 42,000 meals were <br />served to 4S0 participants. A site manager is located at <br />each site and is responsible for the daily operation of <br />nutrition programs and meals. There are also. three <br />coordinators of .services responsible for the <br />coordination, outreach, referral and provision of services <br />to low-income families and individuals. These services <br />include, but are not limited to weatherization, housing <br />rehabilitation assistance, financial emergency assistance, <br />Older Workers Pro am, and information and referral. <br />DSS <br />In-Home Aid Services $ 34,477 $ 34,477 <br />Home and Community Block Grant enables low- <br />income, minority individuals to .defer or prevent <br />institutionalization by providing quality services to meet <br />basic needs.
