("Magellan's and <br />Orange County ("Sponsor's which was effective for the period July 1, 1998 through June 30, 1999. <br />The new contract term will be for one year extending from July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001. The EAP <br />rate shall remain at one dollar and eighty-two cents ($1.82) per employee per month ("PEPM'~.
