The Memorandum of Agreement dots not
coate7nplate any changes to this arrangement when the University reaches a ecrtain level
of developed properly,
However, over the years, the University and OWASA have worked cooperatively
on issues of mutual concern. In that spirit, vcre are ~~ to discuss, in face to face
meetings with representatives of O'V~TASA and the Unive..rsity, ideas for a mutually
acceptable solution concerning availability fees. I would expel these talks to
acknowledge-what is provided in the 1996 Memorandum of Agreement.
I have asked Eruce Runb~g ~, Jim Metgoer to represent the University in this
endeavor. Bruce will contact you i.>x the near future to discuss arrangements for initiating
these discussions.
S ixrccrcly,
John P.
