The primary object proposed to be accomplished by the creation of such sanitary district is the obtaining of a supply of raw or filtered water for residents of the district for the preservation and procreation of the public health and sanitary welfare within the proposed sanitary district. It has also been requested that the proposed sanitary district be vested with all powers granted to sanitary districts by G.S. 130-128.
