This report represents the <br />efforts of staff from the County Manager's office, the Planning Department, the Economic <br />Development Commission and the Housing and Community Development Department to <br />address some of those questions. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None at this time. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the report as <br />information only at this time. <br />
