~~ <br />Public Hearing Ordinance <br />g) Economic Development District standards shall be used, where <br />applicable. <br />h) Access point shall limited to one driveway a minimum of 25 feet <br />width and a maximum of 40 feet width. Transportation plan shall <br />be submitted along with zoning permit request. <br />i) Freestanding signs shall be limited to six (6) feet height and fifty <br />(50) square feet maximum. <br />j) All current Environmental Health regulations shall be met. <br />k) All other applicable development criteria such as parking, <br />loading/unloading areas, buffers, etc. shall apply. <br />I) If a condemnation results in less property being taken for right- <br />of-way than is specified in the Orange County Comprehensive <br />Plan (Transportation Element), then this section shall not be <br />used. <br />SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall become effective upon adoption. <br />(Signature) <br />Clerk, Board of County Commissioners <br />(Signature) <br />Chair, Orange County Commissioners <br />Date and Seal <br />
