Sepe <br />', - - Information Service Manager <br />890.3521 . <br />SUBJECT:' .America Online, Inc.,'Time'V~'arner Inc., and MediaOne (AT&T) Request to <br />Transfer Control and Ownership among and Between the Entities. <br />I have reviewed the Company's filing, supporting documents furnished by the company and <br />conducted act finding discussions with company representatives. The information and the <br />financial to provided by the parties submitted as part of the Transfer ofOwnership/Control <br />filings wer prepared by the management of Companies involved. <br />The doc ents were reviewed to determine whether the company provided sufficient <br />informatia ,consistent with that prescribed by the Federal Communications Commission. <br />Questions egarding the transfer were posed to the parties and subsequent fact finding <br />di5cussia were conducted regarding the transfer..
