"Know all man by these presents, that I hereby certify <br />that a surety bond of a satisfactory amount has been posted <br />with Orange County by the subdivider, guaranteeing that <br />construction of all improvements shown on the approved <br />preliminary plat will be completed as thereon provided within <br />days from date hereof <br />- 111 - E - 1 - b.
